It's a shame that the new opening times are not communicated over the Internet. This would prevent customers from having to stand in front of a locked door. And 4 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. is a difference!

The food has been much better

I just ordered a gyros pitta and salad at 11:30 a.m., pitta without onions because I can't stand onions. Take-away and when I got home, I noticed that the pitta was full of onions. So onions down, tried the pitta and what can I say: ice cold. So called, complained and then got another pitta. Also got the salad again out of goodwill. So back home and what can I say: meat totally burned ... That is absolutely intolerable, especially since nothing was going on! Giving out such a meal after a complaint is really cheeky ... I will now complain directly via the website! I've been eating there for years, mostly satisfied, but from now on not anymore ... mistakes can always be made but not like that ...

Gottschi has slacked off a lot. My schnitzel was dry and burnt, the fries lukewarm and our hot dog was clapped lovelessly. Unfortunately, there is also the unfriendliness of the staff.

Feel good and great food. The lunch menu is unique and can easily compete with good restaurants, if not better.

Solid snack with classic dishes to eat on site or to take away. Currywurst and fries delicious as always! Friendly staff and recently more environmentally friendly packaging.

Unfortunately no longer the quality of the Drews family. After the takeover (as far as I know now the second owner) it got worse and worse. Now the taste of the gyro plate is so bad that I no longer order my favorite food there. As the price of the plate rose, the quality fell ... Meat spiced differently (worse) and the tzatziki absolutely tastes no longer. The cult snack bar in Bad Schwartau, which I have known since my childhood, was a shame, back then in a caravan, then pavilion and stone pavilion to today's residential building. Now I prefer to look for something else to eat.

The schnitzel was burnt and dry. The little blonde employee is hard to beat when it comes to rudeness! From rolling eyes to mobbing because you dare to order something to drink, everything was there. The first and last visit!

Good for the lunch break. Here you get something to eat. Sometimes a bit powerful but OK. The ambience is fine and the employees are usually very friendly.

Unfortunately, the quality of the chickens in Kücknitz has deteriorated significantly. Totally salty. The next shock today. Knuckle costs € 2 more. That is almost 25%. Are you not well? Nor can I understand the argument that prices have risen. Pork has not cost for decades. Operating costs and wages have certainly not increased by 25%. Too bad. One customer less.

Since the change from "Hähnchen-Eck Drews" to "Gottschi", some things have changed for the better. You can tell that not only from the better quality food, but also from a new, higher quality facility. It is also very nice that you can sit outside when the weather is nice. Now I would still find it good if my drink was not offered in plastic cups or bottles, but also in a glass bottle with glass. Nevertheless, I would recommend this snack to others.

What I do not understand why there are no glasses for Cola would not be better to save plastic? The fries were a bit too hard and somehow I got the personnel mess. Please no more plastic ......

Large selection-inexpensive-quick-fresh, friendly and tasty. There is a daily lunch table as well as cakes and coffee specialties, plus a nice atmosphere for free. In summer there are also enough places to sit outside to eat and drink. Unreservedly recommendable and gladly again.

The best place as soon as you feel like something hearty! The staff is always friendly to us, the atmosphere is chic and I have nothing to complain about in the price-performance ratio! I have already eaten through the menu with my colleagues and am now a big fan, that's why: Well deserved 5 stars from me, keep it up! (Y)

We had a giant hot dog and a Krakauer with red and white fries. The hot dog was actually just a carelessly put together pile of mud. The fries were drowned in ketchup and mayonnaise. The mustard for the sausage also ended up on the fries. In terms of taste I would give 3 stars, just average. Visually and technically unfortunately 0 stars. That was nothing!
